Despite judgments for punitive damages including accusations of actions that were intended to hinder, delay, or defraud a creditor, this man has refused to make right the wrongs he has done. Our organization after reviewing the documents in the public files of case number 08-35719 (CGM in the Southern District of New York Poughkeepsie Division) have determined that this man Terrence G. Euell is someone that no one should do business with. We have a high warning against him, that you will subject yourself to almost certain damage if you engage with any business actions personal or professional with this man.
