Sharon Kleyne along with her husband Willam (Bill) Kleyne are being accused of scamming millions of dollars out of honest investors.  For many years, even going back over a decade, investors have been sent information and data to go along with it  suggesting that Bio-Logic Technologies is making final offers.  These offers go on and on and the offering is never closed.  They have claims that actually state the same rhetoric that military, Walmart and Walmart international, along with Walgreen’s and other locations will be selling their products.  Sharon Kleyne also  claims to be “In a partnership with Wal-mart International, Walmart”.  Many have  doubted these representations.  Despite these facts, the individuals at Rouge Valley continue with the same sales pitches to new investors as were told to old investors ten years and more before.

The company has bragged excessively to investors, in the form of sales letters that they are excited about the profits and share value.  The problem they are faced with is not one investor can get a dime out when asked if they could sell their shares.  Many of the investors are now in retirement years and desire to use their funds for their retirement.  Sharon Kleyne refuses to allow one investor to withdraw any of their  funds.  There are always more and more stories about the great things coming.  She then proceeds to  roll out even more offerings to more investors.   We are putting a very urgent high alert on this whole operation and its people.  We feel that the allegations that this operation has been perpetrating a fraud on its investors has a great deal of potential truth.  We are asking if you, or someone you know has invested in this operation and you cannot get your money back, please contact James at:

About The Equalizer

The Equalizer Group is not a part of or represent itself as a “law-firm”. Nor are we some type of “collection agency”. We are a victim advocacy organization. When a victim comes to us and tells us about their case we spend quite a bit of time investigating and looking into the merits of the matter. We then look into the backgrounds and names of the people who are reported to us or the company they own or represent. By the time we contact the offending party, we have already determined that what they did and how they did it was unjust.
